CMtO Doublet Exclusion

•Exclusion is necessary to avoid false positives

•Scatter plot FSC-W vs FCS-A or FSC-A vs FSC-H

•Doublets will have higher width than singlets

•Very important in cell cycle as doublets may show as different ploidy

• 4n cells will have double the height and area but similar width to 2n cells
