Over 20 years of Optical Microscopy experience as Associate Director of Core facilities at the University of Missouri and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Trained thousands of undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral students in optical microscopy and developed custom protocols for several interdisciplinary fields of Science. As the Director of this transformed Cytometry facility here in UIUC, we offer services in Flow Cytometry, analysis and sorting and combining with microscopy of single cells to crystalline architecture of calcification in human body and other natural environments. Combining these tools with 10x Genomics (Visium and FFPE CytAssist) and Curio BioScience, spatial transcriptomics analysis of from cancer cells, tissues to plant roots. Demonstrated history of working with Research and Development Scientific projects profile Agriculture, Food, Nutrition and Chemical industries. Skills in Scientific Research, Data Analysis, Teaching, Higher Education, published over 60 peer reviewed publications and serving as ad hoc reviewer for leading scientific journals.
