We now offer PacBio long amplicon sequencing for fungal species using Primers ITS1F and LR6. This amplicon covers the full ITS and partial LSU regions for 1600-2000 bp. Long Fungal amplicons can be combined with full length 16S amplicons on a single PacBio Revio run.  Combining long amplicons with Kinnex library prep, which forms concatemers of up to 12 amplicons  utilizes the full potential for long reads and enhances the utility of PacBio sequencing by pushing the output to over 60 million long reads.
