Functional GenomicsThe Functional Genomics Unit of the W.M. Keck Center uses high-throughput technologies for gene expression, SNP, and microbial metagenome analysis. The unit offers services for a number of advanced technologies including Fluidigm qPCR, SNP and amplicon sequencing, Illumina SNP and Methylation Bead Array, and Quant Studio qPCR. In addition we have available technologies for accurate quantitation and quality assessment of nucleic acids. Equipment includes Nanodrop, Qubit, Agilent Bioanalyzer and AATI fragment Analyzer as well as a Spectromax iD3 Fluorescence, UV and Luminescence plate reader.
