Amino Acids
Targeted method quantifying amino acids using LC-MS/MS with MRM. Quantitation is performed using calibrations of up to 10 concentration levels and 9 labeled internal standards. Standard reference material (SRM) NIST 1950 containing certified and reference values for amino acids is also used.
