Estrogens
Our targeted Estrogen panel can detect and quantify estradiol, estriol and estrone. This method is performed on our Sciex 6500+ QQQ with an Agilent 1290 Infinity II UHPLC. Typical sample processing for biological fluids (plasma or serum, urine) includes protein precipitation with methanol, and is then derivatized with dansyl chloride and detected as the dansylated form.
