Our targeted steroid panel can detect and quantify 28 steroids (listed below). This method is performed on our Sciex 6500+ QQQ with an Agilent 1290 Infinity II UHPLC. Typical sample processing for biological fluids (plasma or serum) includes protein precipitation with methanol and requires a minimum of 25 µL or plasma or serum.
